No. RidgeSpan is a garment, not a medical device or a posture brace, and it isn't intended to treat, prevent or relieve any condition. It doesn't cause weight loss — the shaping effect is visual and lasts while the vest is worn. If you have a back, chest or circulation concern, see your doctor.
Is it visible under a shirt?
It's designed not to be: flat seams and a no-roll hem mean no ridges showing through. Under a standard t-shirt or dress shirt it stays out of sight. Under very sheer or very tight fabrics, the neckline may show — same as any undershirt.
